«Sticks ’n’ Sushi» is a Danish restaurant chain specialising in serving sushi and yakitory sticks in rooms with a contemporary design. When furnishing a new restaurant on Sir Simon Milton Square, they wanted Scandinavian elements to fuse with the spirit of Japanese cooking.
