Spardabank – Dresden

Initial situation
As part of the comprehensive modernisation of Sparda Bank – from technical infrastructure to new service concepts – the existing working environments were also rethought. The new spatial design will better support the changed requirements for flexibility, communication and focused work, and will offer both employees and customers a modern atmosphere.

Solution
The redesigned spaces combine open-plan work areas, places of retreat and modern meeting zones. The architecture and textile solutions interlock in a targeted manner: a circular curtain made of FOCUS elegantly zones the central area in the open cafeteria and creates a flexible area with an acoustic effect. FACE on the windows provides effective glare and heat protection with a high degree of transparency making it ideal for bright workplaces. In meeting rooms, BASIC provides discreet privacy and improves room acoustics. The fabrics used support a modern, versatile working environment, precisely integrated in terms of function and design.
