Starting Point

Kanton 27 aims at creating a venue for sharing and communicating Swiss culture by presenting Swiss food, wine, design, art, music and architecture.
A platform for Swiss design is created to present Swiss brands to people in Denmark. Events will provide the possibility of sharing each other’s cultures.

Solution

The restaurant is housed in a beautiful old railway station built in 1864 and has been exclusively furbished with Swiss design.

Drapes are used as an acoustic solution for zoning the room. The curtain, printed with a design created by the Zurich design collective “Kollektiv Vier”, was printed by Création Baumann as a special.
