Création Baumann presents an innovative collection for the healthcare sector.

In close cooperation with architects and experts, the Swiss textile specialist Création Baumann has developed an innovative collection of aesthetic and highly functional textiles that fulfil the highest demands on functionality, hygiene, durability and design in the healthcare sector.

Product innovation ZONA combines two transparencies

 

A special highlight of the healthcare collection is the innovative ZONA partition curtain fabric, which combines two different levels of transparency in one material. While a closed fabric appearance is achieved in the lower part by means of voluminous yarns and a very high thread density, the upper part consists of an open net structure that ensures the utmost transparency.
In a technologically advanced, specially developed process, both densities are produced for ZONA in just one step using warp knitting technology.

Natural effect and technological competence

With its new healthcare collection, Création Baumann reacts to the megatrend of health, a fundamental value that has become synonymous with quality of life.
The well-founded collection convinces with fabrics in calm tones that evoke associations with nature. At the same time, smart solutions for room partitioning ensure privacy and fulfil important requirements for safety and room planning. Light diffusion and air circulation are taken into account for the most natural effect. Antimicrobial, as well as water- and dirt-repellent functions fulfil further technological demands of the healthcare sector.

Designs inspired by nature

The semi-transparent fabric SAKURA, inspired by Japanese culture, is adorned with large-format blossoming cherry branches in delicate shades of pink, overlaid with a veil in fresh green. The motif is digitally printed to provide a transparent screen with maximum light transmission.

The duo FLORENTINA and FLORENTINA VOILE celebrate the splendour of spring. Fine birch branches and multiflowered spirea bushes are photographically condensed, resulting in a progression from structured condensation to dissolution in light.

The SALVINA and AVENA fabrics are more restrained in their design, creating a feeling of security and closeness to nature with a delicate design of organic motifs.
