Acoustic Panels Recycled

The recycled absorber panels «ABSORBER RECYCLED» transform residual textiles into a sustainable acoustic solution for modern spaces. As efficient acoustic panels, they enable architects and interior designers to specifically control background noise – from offices and home offices to open-plan living areas.

EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE IN SWITZERLAND, GERMANY AND AUSTRIA.

Focus on sustainability

At Création Baumann, we have developed innovative absorber panels made from residual textiles for our acoustic panel range. The new variants, ACOUSTIC ROOM DIVIDER RECYCLED and ACOUSTIC WALL COVER RECYCLED, are a significant step towards promoting the circular economy.
The appreciation of textile resources and our consistent commitment to sustainable action are firmly anchored in our corporate mission statement. With the recycling of residual textiles and the introduction of the pre-consumer recycling process, we are taking another important step towards a resource-saving future.

Acoustic effectiveness

ABSORBER RECYCLED consists of dimensionally stable pressed Trevira CS fibres. The system offers high effectiveness in improving room acoustics. Two panel thicknesses (approx. 20 mm/approx. 40 mm) with different absorption levels, tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 354:2003, enable precise acoustic planning.

Purist design

In addition to optimised acoustics, the visual effect of the room also plays a central role in meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements. The purist design of ABSORBER RECYCLED is not only functional, but also visually striking: the textile structure remains visible and gives the surface a lively, authentic aesthetic with a subtle depth effect. The colour nuances arise from the respective material yield – each panel thus has its own unique, organically grown colouring, which is an integral part of the design.

Sustainability, processed in Langenthal

The recycling process, which has been developed over several years, enables high-quality pre-consumer textiles and production waste to be collected and sorted directly at our own factory. These materials are then processed in a multi-stage procedure. This allows our durable, high-quality textiles to be pressed into stable panels and returned to the textile cycle as a valuable resource.
